As an Accredited Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), my services are not covered under the Medicare Better Access scheme.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, shame, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, addiction, life transitions, identity concerns, and other forms of psychological suffering.

Everything discussed in therapy is treated as confidential, except where I am legally or ethically required to disclose information, such as where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, or where disclosure is required by law.

I offer both in-person and online counselling sessions.

The first session is an opportunity to understand what has brought you to therapy, explore your history, and begin developing an understanding of your experience.It is also an opportunity for you to decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
